Qualifications

Strong systems thinking.
Experience with enterprise IT operations, Microsoft ecosystems, or automation design.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to structure ambiguous problems clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Azure Functions, or enterprise reporting.
Familiarity with Intune, Entra, or Microsoft 365 operational workflows.
Product-minded technical problem solving.
